A Manual for Interacting with Ukrainians and Food” was presented by its author, Yevhenia Kuznetsova. A conversation about Ukrainian gastronomic culture and way of life was held with the writer by Dr. Kateryna Rietz-Rakul, Director of the Ukrainian Institute in Germany.
